  1. Learning how to be an executive coach took my passion for helping others to the next level

After years of working in a wide range of industries, I transitioned to working in leadership roles in the non-profit sector to honour my passion for helping others. In doing so, I was able to apply efficient processes and best governance practices that lead to improved outcomes of the non-profits I worked for. I realised that if I trained to become an executive coach, I can help far more leaders overcome their professional hurdles, as coaches are professional sparring partners to help clients gain greater clarity and insights into developing solutions.

2. The credibility and international recognition of ICF certification matters to me and my clients - and the programme material speaks for itself

I knew that the credibility and international recognition of the ICF certification would be the first thing serious clients look for in a coach. Once this gate is passed, I could begin conversations to discover synergies for optimal success.

But I specifically chose the Executive Coaching Bootcamp as my training provider because, beyond the reputation of ICF certification, the Executive Coaching Bootcamp’s course content speaks for itself. I’ve acquired qualifications through many educational bodies, including Harvard University, McMaster University and University of Edinburgh and I can confidently say that Ridhima Dosani's instruction was on par with the quality delivered at all those institutions. The real-life scenarios and honest feedback ensure that if you put in the work, you'll be able to confidently provide impactful results to each client. Like most things in life, you'll get out of it what you put into it. Do the work, think through the scenarios, truly apply the material and you will be delighted with the results.

For those considering a career in coaching, understanding the significance of an ICF certification is crucial. The International Coaching Federation outlines seven key benefits of obtaining this certification, including global recognition, access to a professional network, and a commitment to continuous learning and ethical standards. These advantages underscore the value of certification in establishing trust with clients and advancing your coaching career.

3. Executive Coaching Bootcamp exceeded my expectations and my clients have benefited greatly

I examined many programmes from across the world, and specifically chose Executive Coaching Bootcamp because it was unique in what it offered - excellence in education combined with impactful real-life scenarios, direct ongoing contact with instructors, and the practical skills to develop a coaching practice that delivers results from day one.

Many other institutions simply do not offer that level of direct communication with the instructor, and as such, participants do not get to have that regular feedback from the instructor. Often the feedback is from other course participants - which is fine, but there's a place for that. At this point in my career, I want to learn from the best so I can be my best with clients. After having completed the executive coaching programme through the Executive Coaching Bootcamp, I can confidently say that my initial reasons for selecting this programme were met, and in fact, the programme exceeded my expectations!

4. The individual approach and exclusive programme offering helped me expand my network to over 15 countries

Ridhima Dosani is not only a master coach, but a brilliant instructor who understands the fundamentals of adult education, comprehension, and professional evolution. Her continued feedback, even after the programme was over, meant I was never left out to dry once my time was up. The Executive Coaching Bootcamp's dedication to participants' success is unlike anything I have ever experienced.

Moreover, with the smaller class sizes and wide range of programme offerings including board governance, facilitator training etc, participants leave with the most comprehensive coaching programme anywhere. We also developed connections with other like-minded coaches. I've had the opportunity to work with numerous coaches and directly increase my network to over 15 countries. I look forward to continuing my professional growth through the Executive Coaching Bootcamp network. If you examine the quality of the Executive Coaching Bootcamp programme, professional connections, direct contact with master coaches, and extensive resource library for every aspect of your coaching practice, you'll easily see that it has no real competitor.

5. The flexibility of the programme was easy to fit around my existing work, and there was a good mix of online resources and live instruction

Executive Coaching Bootcamp was easy to fit into my calendar and provided multiple options for further customization. I appreciated the mix of Zoom meetings with previously recorded material and other online resources.

6. I am working with clients around the world through my new coaching business!

Since completing the programme, I have formally launched my own coaching business, Eaves Coaching, and I am gladly coaching clients from around the world. At Eaves Coaching, our passion and expertise are in helping leaders and professionals in social enterprises, B Corps, and non-profits to develop. We support them to retain happy and competitive teams who continuously meet mission critical objectives on time and on budget. The COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed the way many organizations operate, but especially those with an aim to improve society.

Services include one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, assessments like ProfileXT and 360 assessments, and speaking at events. Workshop topics cover impactful self-promotion, imposter syndrome and other perceptual limitations; change management and succession planning; strategic development; diversity, equity and inclusion and much more. I believe in giving back to the community, and as such, I am proud to offer affordable services to young people to assist them in starting their careers. Eaves Coaching is also a safe space for all individuals, and proud to be Safe Zone Trained.

7. There is always more to learn as a leader, and I’d recommend this programme to anyone who wants to apply their experience to help others

The return on investment for this programme was great. Even though this programme is targeted at individuals who are already leaders in their respective areas, it proves that there is always something new to be learnt every day. The quality of instruction, especially by Ridhima Dosani, was phenomenal. I have no doubt my clients will benefit directly as a result.

If you are a leader who is looking to apply your years of experience into executive coaching and you want to maximise your results, take this programme! You will not waste time on fluff. The programme gets right to the heart of various subjects, you will benefit from honest feedback directly from master coaches, and you will be continuously supported in your growth while increasing your professional network and intercultural coaching competences.
