  1. ICF Coach training helped me secure a globally recognised qualification that worked around me and my schedule

The reason I started looking for executive coach certification online was my aspiration to become a coach with a credible and globally recognised organisation. That’s when I came across ICF accreditation which I now know is the ‘go to’ regulatory body to get certified with if you want global credibility as a coach and the Executive Coaching Bootcamp.

I have always sought challenges and personal growth. Executive ADHD coaching was more aligned with the idea of my dream job, offering me the opportunity to use my business and ADHD training to positively impact people and their organisations.

Understanding the full scope and effectiveness of ADHD coaching can enhance the support managers and leaders provide to their staff. Recent research highlighted by Psychology Today demonstrates how ADHD coaching significantly improves clients' executive function skills, self-efficacy, and self-esteem. These findings underscore the transformative potential of specialized coaching in overcoming the typical hurdles associated with ADHD. 2. It was easy to fit the studies around my commitments

Initially, I was a little apprehensive of how demanding the course would be, however, Ridhima offered an incredible support throughout my studies! Despite already being stretched with family and training commitments, everything was set out online to work around my agenda. Even when I suffered a family loss during the course, Ridhima was incredibly understanding, and because of how flexible the programme is, I was able to move things around my needs.

3. I had instant access to coaching tools and practice clients

As a result, I acquired ICF PCC certification, as well as the BCC qualification, which is actually included in the programme anyway, so it came at no extra cost to myself. And I learnt so much! It’s easy to see why this course is the best in the market for anyone wanting to get ICF certification as an executive/leadership coach. I had instant access to coaching tools and practice clients. The techniques I picked up really helped me take my coaching skills to the next level and provide even better support to my clients, who could clearly see the value for money from day one, as could I!

4. What I’m doing now

I’m now offering coaching services to help managers and leaders support and collaborate more effectively with their ADHD team members to create even more valuable and collaborative working environments for all. Helping managers and leaders adapt their styles to better lead those with ADHD is something I’m really passionate about and it’s finally a focus for an increasing number of organisations so I’m really excited to support the ADHD community in this way.

Understanding and accommodating ADHD in the workplace is vital for maximizing employee talents and maintaining a productive environment. Psychology Today outlines how ADHD impacts executive functions and suggests effective workplace accommodations like limiting distractions, assigning a mentor, and frequent check-ins. These strategies can help in managing ADHD symptoms, thereby enhancing workplace productivity and inclusivity. Learn more about how HR can support employees with ADHD in Psychology Today's article.

5. I am already seeing a return on my investment - my client base has doubled since the bootcamp!

Although I was already training clients before the bootcamp, it has been an incredible return on investment. I’ve walked out of the bootcamp much better equipped to deal with a variety of situations I wasn’t prepared for in the past.

The course has increased my ability to market my skills with added confidence and manage my business more successfully. And the results are already tangible – I’ve doubled my bookings since completing the bootcamp and I’ve been able to charge more for my time.

Overall, it’s a win-win! I have acquired better, more sophisticated techniques to help my clients and, because of the bootcamp, my business is also thriving, and I have significantly increased my professional confidence and income.

Understanding the return on investment in executive coaching can significantly influence your decision-making process when considering professional development opportunities. 6. Why executive coaching bootcamp was the best ICF executive/leadership coaching certification program for me

Lorraine Parry:

“Don’t waste your money with any other trainers. Most programmes leave you to navigate your own way to accreditation once training has ended. Executive Coaching Bootcamp not only gives you the physical tools and techniques you can call your own, and show you how to use them, but you will be taken step by step through all the necessary stages to become an ICF accredited professional coach within months. Support is also offered after the certification – I’m a member of an exclusive online group of coaches and I know I’m able to reach out to Ridhima, should I have any questions in the future.”
