How our executive coach training helped the US Military establish their own team of internal executive coaches

Recently, we had the pleasure of training internal coaches who are working within the US military. Here is an interview with Carlina Moreland who undertook our training along with other members of her team. It was great to hear how our programme helped their team maximise their success.
1. Why did we invest in developing our own internal executive / leadership / team coaches?
Because furthering the coach training of our internal staff helps to improve key areas of our team. We are always looking to improve our organisational structure, so signing up our staff for executive coach training was a no-brainer. Having coaches with an advanced skill set that are equipped to support leaders in high-pressure situations helps us minimise internal conflict, improving the productivity and camaraderie within our teams. This is crucial, especially in our industry. We are also looking to develop leadership presence, and our newly qualified internal executive coaches are now able to help people in those positions navigate this often challenging journey.
2. It was crucial to find a training provider that works with our schedule
The coach training provided by Executive Coaching Bootcamp worked for our time zone, and we were able to maximise its potential, rather than asking our team to work late hours while learning. The bootcamp was the only 3 days they needed to book off work and other commitments. The rest of the training can be easily scheduled around or within their usual work hours, which made this a convenient and effective option.
3. Our staff have been able to implement their coach training in just a few short weeks!
One of the best things to come from this experience is how quickly our staff have been confidently implementing what they’ve learned! The robust course structure gives them a wide range of skills, key techniques and even offers coaching guides for all common issues, so they could start addressing many of the areas we were looking to improve. They are still working through their training at the time of writing this review, and we have no doubt that they’ll keep improving and continuously enriching our organisation in due course!
4. We would highly recommend this programme to other organisations looking to develop their internal coaching capabilities
In just a short space of time, our team got a solid foundation to start their coaching journey. Though they have already completed almost all the certification requirements, they’ll have access to the wealth of knowledge in the student portal for life. This is a great programme, straight forward and without the fluff!
