On a quest to re-design my career, I knew I needed the credibility of the ICF certification to support me in helping others grow in their careers too
With a background in interactive entertainment which fuelled my passion for Design Thinking, I felt I needed to switch careers. This was driven by my ambition to help people reach their personal and professional goals and remove the roadblocks that stand in the way of their success. I began to further study within the fields of personal, relationship and business coaching, and psychology, which also helps me to support thriving and productive teams.
2. Practical, results-driven approach and supportive community fuelled my coaching success
I chose Executive Coaching Bootcamp thanks to the practical, results-driven approach that set them apart from other providers who I found to be more theoretical. The scenario-based training, coupled with small yet supportive classes created an environment where I could really develop my coaching confidence.
While my career is focused on helping clients at executive level, the methodologies can be adapted for most career stages, and I loved that Executive Coaching Bootcamp also cover group coaching in their curriculum.

3. The flexibility of the programme made it easy to balance it with regular work and study
One of the main challenges in adult education is that we all have other commitments – whether that’s another job, studies, family etc. The programme was flexible enough for me to go at my own pace and I never felt the need to rush through. There was always enough notice for any group-work and mentoring, so I never struggled with balancing the coach training alongside other work or study.
4. In terms of my return on investment, the on-going support helped me increase my rates and secure further work - even after completing the programme
Investing in training is always a big decision, but I have 100% made the right choice with Executive Coaching Bootcamp. During my training, I have received support over and above the online classes and group training, which are excellent even on their own.
This generated a high return on investment, and I have felt my financial confidence as a coach increase dramatically. When I asked for help in increasing the rate I had been providing for my clients, I was given plenty of support and insights on how to hold the conversation in a way that provided value for my client, as well as me. Ridhima helped me understand where I sat within the UK and European rates for standard (non-executive) and executive coaching rates, as well as the difference in pricing for companies and individuals.
Thanks to this guidance I successfully tripled my hourly rate and was able to provide clarity for my client on how my rate benchmarks against the standard rates, which lead to a renewed contract with my client.
5. I am now coaching clients in the industries I specialise in
My clients tend to come from the creative and video games industry, which aligns with my previous experience, so I have a lot of insight into their unique situations. I enjoy working with senior leaders and executives, and topics can range from aligning company strategy with team goals to individual performance (moving up in responsibility, managing overwhelm, critical conversations and conflict management).
I offer a variety of services from one-to-one coaching to mentoring and consultancy. Generally, I like to work with clients on a regular or on-going basis which allows us to establish macro goals and go deeper into meeting individual goals within. Every week and session is different!
Since completing the Bootcamp, I have gained 2 more clients and have been recommended further, which is hugely gratifying. Thanks to the confidence and training I’ve received, I know my business is sustainable and I’m excited to keep developing it in the future, knowing I can always count on the support of my mentors.
