Did you know we provide on-going support even after your ICF accreditation?

Summary: We get it - sometimes students can be apprehensive of online learning. With some programmes, it can feel a little impersonal, and you may find that you’re left to your own devices. That is exactly why we have done everything we can so that you become a part of a supportive community, even after you’ve finished your studies with us.

1. Join our global affinity groups

On top of our LinkedIn private members group, we have a range of affinity groups where you can connect with current and past students from across the world. These are split into a range of topics and industries, and we even have location-specific networking groups. You are more than welcome to start your own too and attract likeminded individuals!

2. Study in small groups with coaches from all over the world

While our programme is based online, we are intentionally setting up small cohorts of coaches for our intensive 3-day bootcamp and follow-up sessions so you can learn in a small, friendly group of people. This way, everyone gets plenty of time with their mentor and you can form long-standing connections with a diverse cohort from a range of backgrounds and experiences. After the bootcamp has finished, you will reconnect with them in the 2 follow-up sessions where you can dive deeper into specific topics and practice your coaching skills.

3. Support that extends beyond the length of your course

Of course, you will get on-going 1:1 support while you’re studying with us. Our three mentors Andrew, Sheri and Ridhima have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience they can pass onto you. But what happens after you finish the programme? Well, we are still on-hand for further support. The first steps you make in your career are critical and we want to make sure you can seek out help and advice that will help to ensure your success. So, even after the mentoring and training has finished, we still encourage you to reach out for on-going support.

4. Rich content that never runs dry

In addition to our tight-knit community, top-class mentors and on-going support, you can always count on our extensive online content to support you during your studies and beyond! You’ll have access to live and archived webinars, reading material and how-to guides for every situation. We will show you how to make the most of these materials so you can get off to a solid start, complete your course with ease and continue taking advantage of our student portal even after you become fully ICF accredited. One of the great things about being an executive coach is that you are constantly learning. In fact, the ICF asks that you actively participate in further learning in order to continue renewing your certificate. We place a lot of emphasis on quality coach training material, so it’s only natural that we also offer the support to help you make the most of it.
