Here’s everything you will have access to as soon as you sign up. And don’t worry if this seems overwhelming - you’ll get an introductory call with our team who will take you through everything and show you where to find it!

What can you expect to find in our student portal?
Content and toolkits from coaching basics to advanced coaching techniques
Of course, as part of our program, you can use your own choice of coaching study material for the self-study component. Any books, podcasts or videos related to coaching can count towards your self-study training hours and are a great way to strengthen your particular niche within the industry. However, with the huge library of study materials we have available, you don’t have to look elsewhere! With every subject you can think of covered by in-depth video content, books and pdfs, you have everything you need to ensure your success.
Plus, you’ll get our textbook either online or in a physical format when you sign up! On top of all this, you’ll also get access to step by step coaching guides…
2. Step-by-step coaching guides for every scenario
We even have step-by-step coaching guides for how to handle each of the most common challenges/scenarios that execs and leaders will bring to you in your coaching sessions so you won't panic about not knowing how to help them. For each of the most common challenges/scenarios, there is a dedicated guide showing you exactly how to coach your client through that kind of problem and they include step-by-step exercises you can work through with your client so you'll never have to question whether you're actually helping your client with those complex challenges/scenarios.
Also, you can replace our branding with yours so that it looks like they're your exercises and you've been doing this for years so that you get instant credibility.
3. Advanced executive/leadership coaching techniques handbook
We have a 1000+ page guide called the 'Coaching Methods, Tools & Distinctions' which is an incredibly concrete handbook on how to apply advanced coaching techniques in a step-by-step kind of way. It's packed full of practical tips on how to coach at this higher more advanced level so that you can deliver the kind of high quality coaching expected by higher profile clients such as execs and leaders.
4. Live web classes every week
By joining the student portal, you’ll get access to live web classes each week, hosted by 4 of our expert tutors. The web classes are run at different times throughout the week, and are designed to suit the busy schedules of our students from all over the world. Simply join whichever classess suit your schedule whenever you want. There is a variety of topics to choose from and our past webinars are also available to watch at your own leisure.
5. Archived web classes
As mentioned in the previous paragraph, you’ll find a rich library of past webinars in our student portal! These are sorted by topics, so whether you are a newbie coach or a seasoned professional looking to expand your skills, you can choose from a variety of classes that interest you. These keep updating as new live webinars are completed, so you never run out of new subjects to learn. Plus, our growing library of resources and access to student portal will ensure you’ll have all the prep materials for certification renewals for when the time comes to renew your credentials.
6. Coach matching service
A vital part of every ICF accreditation is your coach experience. If you’re already coaching clients on a regular basis, that’s great - you can start tracking those coaching hours as soon as you register for the course. If this isn’t the case, we offer a coach matching service. This is where you can pair up with other coaches and barter with them for your coaching hours. You can buddy up with as many coaches as you like and it’s a fantastic way to build up your experience, as well as making some important connections with coaches around the world.
7. Marketing guides and advice
While our marketing content does not count towards your training, it’s an important part of setting you up for success in this industry. We have extensive guides on how to attract clients and cultivate long-term relationships with them. You’ll find sample coaching agreements, online marketing guidance, strategies and other tried and tested methods that have lead many other coaches to successful, sustainable careers.
8. CEC affinity groups
Though we have students joining from all parts of the world, you’re never alone during your studies! In our student portal you will find existing affinity groups and the opportunity to start your own. There is no better way to connect to other, likeminded coaches and become a part of a close-knit community were you can get the support and camaraderie we all need.
9. Free Profile XT Assessment
Within the student portal you’ll find your free profile XT assessment! We recommend that you complete this before starting the bootcamp, as we will be discussing it in the seminar. The Profile XT is an example of the kind of assessments that top executive/leadership coaches use with their clients to provide insights into their strengths and blind spots. We ask you to complete this kind of assessment so we can show you exactly how it can be applied and how it can be used in a coaching engagement.
10. Add-on programs and extras
Want to run startegic / problem-solving workshops for teams as part of your coaching services to your clients? You have the opportunity to become a master facilitator! Our student portal contains guidance on how to do this, and it’s a great opportunity to further extend your coaching experience.
